I am a physicist and historian of science focused on the development of computational physics.

In my work I interact with leading scientists who contributed substantially to the development of molecular dynamics techniques in the 1970s and 1980s. I am particularly interested in how computational statistical mechanics was employed in molecular dynamics simulations to study complex systems at the interface between physics, biochemistry, and molecular biology.

I am currently an assistant professor and PhD supervisor in the Department of History of Science, Technology and Medicine at Peking University.
